Why This Blog?

I’ve started this blog because I want to be more deliberate about reflecting on my teaching.

I work in a small international school, where there is plenty of conversation and collaboration, but I’d also like to connect more widely with other educators: to share approaches, question my own assumptions, and learn from how others think about similar problems.

The aim is not to present polished answers or perfect practice. I want to document ideas I’m trying, decisions I’m making, things that work, and things I need to rethink.

Ultimately, I hope that writing about my teaching — and opening it up to dialogue — will help me keep improving for the students I teach.
